If you want someone else to have the ability to start the meeting, you will need to set them up as the alternative host when you schedule your meeting. Tech Shorts Episode 86 - Adding Members to a Course in Schoology

In Episode 86, Dolores demonstrates how you can add a member to a course in Schoology. Keep in mind that for Schoology courses that come from PowerSchool, if a member is not made an administrator, the new member’s name will be deleted the next time Schoology syncs with PowerSchool. For students, that means they will not officially appear in your Schoology course until they are assigned to your course in PowerSchool, so you may have to repeatedly do this. Let’s watch.
