Tech Shorts Episode 19 Converting a QuickTime movie to an .mp4

In Episode 19, we take a look at how we can easily convert a video we created from QuickTime into an .mp4 file that can be viewed on most devices. If you make no changes, the video you create in QuickTime saves in an .mov file, which is a format used by most Apple devices. However, this is not helpful for people with Android, Chromebooks or PCs. So, we need to make a quick change in the file format to make this video accessible to everyone. Here’s how you do it.

Tech Shorts Episode 15 Adding a Signature in Gmail

In Episode 15, we look at how we create a signature file for Gmail that will be appended at the bottom of every message you send out. An e-mail signature is text that is added at the end of an e-mail message. A signature is generally used to provide the recipient with the sender’s name, e-mail address, business contact information, or Web site URL. It is a very useful tool to add contact information to your email messages and not have to remember it every time. Here’s how you access this feature in Gmail.
