Tech Shorts Episode 15 Adding a Signature in Gmail

In Episode 15, we look at how we create a signature file for Gmail that will be appended at the bottom of every message you send out. An e-mail signature is text that is added at the end of an e-mail message. A signature is generally used to provide the recipient with the sender’s name, e-mail address, business contact information, or Web site URL. It is a very useful tool to add contact information to your email messages and not have to remember it every time. Here’s how you access this feature in Gmail.
