You might have seen this on Facebook or in the news, but in case you didn’t, anyone can change a date of 1/7/20 to 1/7/2019 or 1/7/2021 simply by adding two more digits to your date. And if it’s a legal document like a check, this could cause you some problems. Here is an example:
