In Episode 106, we look at the difference between reply and reply all in Gmail. Generally, you click on reply when you are responding to a person, and reply all when responding to everyone already included in the message. Before replying to all, however, think whether everyone on the conversation needs an answer. For a message requesting your choice of menus, for example, it is probably better to reply back to sender, instead of to all. Tech Shorts Episode 102 - Navigating Windows on a Mac

In Episode 102, we look at a more efficient way to navigate between windows on your computer. This is an especially useful hack if, like me, you continuously have many windows open and you are drawing information from one to the other. To perform this operation, you will push the Command key, keep it depressed, and then hit the Tab key. This toggles a menu. Additional hitting of the tab key will select the next window.
