Tech Shorts Episode 106 - Reply and Reply All in Gmail

In Episode 106, we look at the difference between reply and reply all in Gmail. Generally, you click on reply when you are responding to a person, and reply all when responding to everyone already included in the message. Before replying to all, however, think whether everyone on the conversation needs an answer. For a message requesting your choice of menus, for example, it is probably better to reply back to sender, instead of to all. You also have the ability to add or remove names after clicking on reply all to better tailor your message. Let’s take a look.
